Registration/Cancellation Policy 1. Full refund, less $20 processing fee, if ASPRS-PR receives a written cancellation notice by COB on 7 September 2. No refunds thereafter 3. Cancellations for medical emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis and require a physician’s signed letter. 4. All refunds subject to a $20 processing fee, issued one month after the conference occurs. 5. ASPRS Certification workshop registration ends two weeks before conference. No early bird reduction in fees. No more than 40 attendees. Minimum attendance of eleven (11) students required. If minimum attendance is not achieved, workshop registrants will be reimbursed in full. FEE STRUCTURE
