Obligations and Opportunities: Your Talents are Needed! A talk by Dr. Murray Felsher, March 3, 2005 Vienna, Virginia

As part of our efforts to provide ASPRS Potomac members with opportunities for intellectual enrichment and to socialize with colleagues, the Region invited Dr. Murray Felsher to address the membership on a topic of his choosing. His presentation was a serious call to duty for those starting their careers in the geospatial sciences and those who might lend their established talents to this important work. Dr. Felsher is the author of the Washington Remote Sensing Newsletter and has spent the bulk of his career in the Federal Government bridging the gap the between the scientists and the policy makers.
