GeoTech 2007 Sponsorship Program
Dear Friend of the Potomac Region,

Thank you for considering sponsorship for this year’s GeoTech Conference scheduled for April 3 & 4 at NOAA Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. We are very excited about this year’s program and are looking forward to seeing longtime colleagues and new members of the community. The technology in this marketplace is evolving faster than ever and despite an abundance of available information it is more challenging than ever to sta y current. We have designed GeoTech to fill an important role in sharing knowledge about key issues and technology while fostering a friendly environment to meet and exchange ideas with colleagues. Sponsorship of this conference is a great way to gain corporate exposure and firmly established your organization as a leader in the Potomac Region of ASPRS. We have added benefits to this program that will ensure a prolonged return on your investment that far outweighs the price.

Program Costs: $200 Payable by check to ASPRS Potomac Region. Please arrange for delivery or mail to the address below. We will also consider other in-kind support where applicable.

Program Benefits : Participating organizations will receive recognition in the following manner:

• Official GeoTech 2007 Program: Your companies name and logo will appear prominently in the program for this year’s conference. Typical conference attendance is nearly two hundred persons.
• Potomac Perspectives, the Newsletter of the Potomac Region: Over the next several issues we will insert a note of thanks from the Region to your organization as well as an image of your corporate logo and a hyperlink to your corporate website. This will be sent to over 900 ASPRS members in the Region many of whom will send it on to other nonmembers.
• The Potomac Region’s Website : Your company’s name will be listed with a link in a prominent location on the website shortly after receipt of your payment. Additionally, this site will be maintained for the long term record of this conference which will also include an electronic version of the Official GeoTech Program.
